Pipeline focuses on underwriting existing IP and historical cash-flow streams, but you are free to use the capital as needed to grow your business.
Beyond providing capital, we aim to help you unlock the value of your IP through the use of our technology stack and industry experience (at low or no additional cost) - hence the concept of membership.
Pipeline takes an agreed percentage of monthly royalties until the advance is recouped, subject to a monthly minimum. Pipeline aligns our performance to your revenue, so repayment flexes with real-world performance.
A monthly admin fee and a one-time setup fee. No surprises.
Terms are flexible. Advance amounts typically range anywhere from 20% to 100% of the annual revenue. The target repayment term is typically 3-5 years, but is flexible based on your needs.
Pipeline's model is performance-aligned. Repayment flexes with actual royalty performance, rather than forcing rigid payment schedules that don't reflect how music revenue behaves.
Pipeline can pre-authorize members for a larger amount while starting with a smaller initial advance. Members can draw additional funds over the term as needed, up to the approved limit. Pipeline charges an upfront reservation fee, but admin fee and recoupment apply only to funds drawn.
No, because Pipeline does not require ownership transfers, liens, or control provisions. Members retain flexibility for future financing, partnerships, or strategic decisions.
